Through virtual Therapy I support people in addressing a variety of concerns related to emotional well-being, including:

  • Anxiety, depression, issues with mood and emotional regulation.

  • Grief, loss, relationships ending, life transitions and changes.

  • Challenges in relationships past and present (romantic, family, friendships).

  • Issues related to artistic work and creativity. Creative practice as a tool to support emotional health.

  • Reproductive and perinatal mental health, including postpartum mood issues, preparing for birth, birth trauma, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss and termination (at any gestation for any reason).

  • Parenting, including support during the postpartum period, respectful/mindful parenting and fostering secure attachment, and co-parenting after separation.

  • Issues related to sex, pleasure, and intimacy (I am queer-, kink-, enm/poly- and sex work-positive).

  • Issues related to body image, relationship to food, and support around Eating Disorder recovery.

In addition to these areas, I have experience supporting clients through a wide-range of other issues. Many folks come to Therapy knowing they are ready for a change or wishing to understand themselves more deeply, but struggling to articulate what exactly is “wrong” or see the path forward, and that’s okay!
